We hold all personal health information of our clients in strictest confidence as per HIPPA and this is fully disclosed to the clients in writing. They are briefed about the manner in which we will use and disclose their personal health information and also, inform them their rights to the information we maintain.
Delivery & Service Policy:
We deliver the right type of quality products to our clients based on order from their Physicians. We make sure that the clients are fully satisfied and comfortable with the products’ use. All the products carry manufacturer's warranty and during this period, we provide repair and maintenance services free of cost for faulty material and workmanship. If our products are damaged by neglect, the clients will then be responsible for the cost of repair and services or replacement.
Return Policy:
Certain products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery, restocking fee may be applicable
Custom ordered products will not be returned or exchanged
